Brandon Wilson Is Solid Player

Brandon Wilson, a 6-3, 180-pound guard from Long Island Lutheran High School, was one of the more impressive players rivalshoops.com saw last week at the Rim Rocker tournament. Wilson is a hard-working guard who must play more inside due to the lack of height at LI Lutheran.
But make no mistake about it, there is more to Wilson than his drives to the basket. When given the opportunity to shoot it from the perimeter, Wilson consistently delivered. Wilson was selected and rightly so to the Rim Rocker all tournament team.

Rivalshoops.com watched Wilson play three times last week. Each time, his performance got better. Against a talented Fairley High School of Memphis, Tennessee, Wilson scored 20 points. He also hit for two three-pointers.
According to his head coach, Ronn Hall, Wilson has been hearing from Wagner, Canisius, Hartford, and Stony Brook. He is a likely low to mid division one player. But it would be interesting to see what Wilson could do if he played his natural position and had some big bodies to work with.
Wilson is worth watching this season. He has improved each part of his game since the summer. And he is very comfortable in playing in the backcourt from what we saw last week.
