Bragg focused on season

Five-star power forward Carlton Bragg is down to four programs. However, the senior isn't in a hurry to make a decision and is focusing on his final season of high school basketball.

A 6-foot-9 four man at Cleveland (Ohio) Villa Angela St. Joseph, Bragg ranks No. 14 in the class of 2015 because of his combination of size, athleticism and skill.
Over the weekend, Bragg got his season off to a start with an impressive 25 point and 13 rebound effort. He says that he has a clear plan for how he wants to play this year.
"I've been focusing on my conditioning and playing inside out," Bragg told Rivals.com. "I'm making sure that I go inside first because it is easier to get going when I score at the rim."
Down to Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky and UCLA, Bragg was able to make visits to Lawrence and Lexington during the fall. His visit to Kansas for their Late Night in the Phog event was his only official visit to date and he connected with the players.
"That was awesome," said Bragg of the Kansas visit. "I felt welcome and I felt like a brother to them. They showed me around and I felt comfortable with them."
In Lexington, Bragg said that he got to spend about half a day with John Calipari and his staff as they prepared for their Big Blue Madness.
"I also felt comfortable at Kentucky," said Bragg. "I liked the atmosphere, it was crazy. I liked Big Blue Madness."
Bragg hasn't been able to make it to Illinois just yet, but he's going to find a date to make an official visit.
"They play hard and they match my style of play," said Bragg. "Coach Groce himself, he is a good man. He's been recruiting me since my freshman year."
Back in August, Bragg was in the Los Angeles area for the Adidas Nations program. When he finished, he had a chance to stay for an extra day and visit Westwood and check in on the Bruins.
"It was a good visit," said Bragg. "They see ma as a three and four, they don't really see me as a big man."
As for making a decision, Bragg says that he is focusing on his senior season and that he hasn't come up with a timeframe to make his choice even though his finalists have turned up the level of their recruiting.
"I have no clue, I'm not sure," said Bragg when asked about how close he might be to making his choice. "I'm still looking at the same things and they are all just coming at me even harder."
