Mike Scarborough of TigerBait.com, the Rivals' LSU team site, is reporting that one of the state's top players is ready to make his commitment to head coach John Brady official.
Scarborough broke the story that power forward Darnell Lazare of Woodlawn High School in Baton Rouge was extended a scholarship offer by LSU head coach John Brady several weeks ago and is now ready to end the recruiting process. Lazare who stands at 6-foot-8 averaged 15 points and nine rebounds.
