Bradleys Glad To Be Part Of UKs Future

With the addition recently of two new recruits into the Kentucky program for the 2004-2005 season, Wildcat signee Ramel Bradley answered several questions this past weekend regarding his status. Bradley was competing with IMG Academy at the National Prep School Invitational held on the campus of Rhode Island.
"Joe Crawford is a great player," Bradley said of the dynamic and very productive guard from the state of Michigan. "It's going to be fun to play with him. I am looking forward to playing with him for the next few years at Kentucky."

Bradley, a 6-foot-3, 190-pound combo guard who hails from New York City, said he doesn't know much about Rajon Rondo, another guard (currently at Oak Hill Academy) heading into the Wildcats' program next season. "I have seen him at camp," Bradley said. "But I don't know much about him. I don't really know him."
Ramel said he is still looking forward to playing with the Cats. "Competition is good. I have to do some things to get myself more ready to play for Kentucky. I am working on building my body up," he said. "I know I have to get in better shape to play for Coach Smith."
Bradley's team lost to the The Winchendon School this past weekend. Ramel wasn't happy with his performance. "I just didn't have it," he said after scoring 11 points in the loss. "But the team is playing well. I just want to win."
