Bouchie trims list to two

Bryan Bouchie, the 6-foot-10, 225-pound power forward from Washington (IN) High School is in the final stages of his recruitment. With just two schools left remaining on his list, it's only a matter of time before Bouchie makes a decision about his future. One more visit is going to take place before that happens.
"Things are going pretty good right now. I took a visit to Valparaiso on Saturday and had a great time. I am planning to take a visit to West Virginia real soon. I don't know if the visit will be an official or unofficial visit, but I do know that I will be on campus for a football game.

"Valparaiso and West Virginia are the final two schools that I'm considering," he added. "Once I get back from my visit to West Virginia, I will be ready to pick a school. The visit could happen this weekend or the following weekend, but I don't have a date yet."
After a solid spring and summer, Bouchie, the No. 13 ranked player in Indiana, had seen a number of high-major programs become involved in his recruitment. Prior to trimming his list to two, Bouchie was receiving interest from the likes of Arizona State (offer), Iowa (offer), UNLV (offer), Evansville, Eastern Illinois and Iowa.
"The visit to Valparaiso was great. The coaching staff is great and I was able to get a tour of the campus during my visit," said Bouchie. "I was also able to get a look at the academic facilities.
"I am really looking forward to my visit to West Virginia," he added. "I don't know much about the school right now, but I love how they play the game of basketball. I am going to check out West Virginia and then make a decision when I return home. Distance isn't going to play a role in my decision. Being away from home doesn't bother me."
