Bonner Slices List To 4

Luke Bonner, a hard-working 6-foot-11, 235-pound power forward/center from Trinity High School in Manchester, New Hampshire, has pared his list down to four schools.
Bonner, who was hearing from a number of high major and mid-level Division I programs in July, will choose from West Virginia, Virginia Tech, Rhode Island, and Ohio State. All of the schools above have offered scholarships. Bonner has already set up an official visit.

"I'm taking an official visit to West Virginia the weekend of August 30th," said Bonner. "I'm not sure about any other visits."
Bonner had previously taken an unofficial visit to Rhode Island. Luke, the younger brother of former Florida star Matt Bonner, competed at the ABCD Camp, and then travelled on the AAU circuit with the Granite State Raiders, coached by Frank Alosa.
Bonner possesses good strength and a solid frame. He plays hard and competes, and is more of a low post-oriented player than his older brother. Luke showed this summer that he can step out and hit the mid and long range jumper.
Bonner is an accomplished student who has scored 1260 on the SAT. He will likely make a decision by September.
