Big Man Will Take A Trip To ACC School

Tunji Soroye, a 6-foot-10, 215-pound center from Montrose Christian in Maryland, will take his first official visit this weekend. Soroye, a native of Nigeria, will take an official trip to the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
Soroye, who played some AAU ball this past spring, surfaced at the Charlie Weber tournament in Washington, D.C. last April. He is big, has long arms, and has the ability to rebound and block shots.

In addition, he showed he can defend the pivot with his defense very effectively. However, Soyoye will probably not have a major impact right away on the offensive end. His skills still need to be polished.
In addition to Virginia, Soroye has had some recruiting interest from Virginia Tech, Clemson, and Florida State. There is no indication yet whether Soroye will make a decision this Fall or hold off in making a commitment to a school until next Spring.
