Big Forward May Head to Prep School
Darren Johnson, a 6'7'' 230 pound big forward from Lincoln High School in Yonkers, New York, is a member of the class of 2003 who is still within striking distance of qualifying for Division I play next season, but who could be a candidate for prep school.
Johnson still needs a substantial jump on the SAT in order to qualify. His grades have improved, but his core GPA still needs to be boosted up a bit.
A number of schools have stayed in contact with Johnson, among them Wagner, Rider, Niagara, Maine, Buffalo, and Manhattan.
