The Gonzaga Bulldogs have been a force on the floor in the Pacific Northwest for quite some time, and they continue to stock their pipeline of talent. The Bulldogs picked up a huge piece of their recruiting puzzle on Monday evening when they landed Gary Bell Jr..
As one of the best wing players on the West Coast, Bell has been in demand for quite some time. He had picked up offers from Arizona State, California, UCLA, USC, Washington, and Washington State out of the Pac 10, but in the end it was the Bulldogs of Gonzaga.
The No. 74 rated prospect by Rivals.com, is a 6-foot-2 and 185-pound combo guard who can really score from deep, and has helped Seattle Rotary become one of the top AAU teams on the circuit.
Rotary Head Coach Darryl Hennings confirmed the commitment of Bell via text message.
The commitment is the second for Gonzaga joining Kyle Dranginis.
