Bejaranos list taking shape

The recruitment of five-star 2010 prospect Daniel Bejarano is beginning to take some form of shape after the 6-foot-5, 200-pound shooting guard from Phoenix North High School burst onto the national scene at last spring's Kingwood Classic.
According to Bejarano's travel team coach Ray Arvizu of the Arizona Stars-Team Jefferson, Bejarano has a top ten school list consisting of Texas, Arizona State, UCLA, West Virginia, USC, Washington, Indian, Kansas, Oregon and Memphis.

"Coach Kent from Oregon is coming in person next week to offer," said Arvizu. "Cal has told me that they are just waiting to talk to Daniel personally, and Memphis hasn't offered yet, but Daniel likes them a lot. All the others have offered. A lot of schools are beginning to recruit Daniel and have the potential to move into his list."
Later this month, Bejarano will hit the road for a couple unofficial visits. On the weekend of October 18, he will be in Austin, Texas for a visit and then the following weekend he'll be in Los Angeles to visit UCLA.
Bejarano is the No. 16 ranked prospect in the class of 2010.
Daniel Bejarano scouting report:
A strong athlete with great body control, Bejarano has a natural instinct for scoring the ball. Capable of scoring at all three-levels, he is also a rebounding threat. He has a feel for passing the ball, but Bejarano does need to tighten up his ball handling and improve his lateral quickness on defense as well.
