Just a year ago, few people outside of the Washington, D.C. area had any idea who Markelle Fultz was. Now, everybody in the recruiting world knows about the five-star prospect.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard and senior to be at Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha has proven himself to be one of the best scorers in the country. After backing up a huge junior season at DeMatha, Fultz took the grassroots basketball world by storm and is now one of the most sought-after players in the class of 2016.
Last week, Fultz took an official visit to Louisville and this week he is knocking out visits to Arizona and Washington. His success and development into a big-time player didn't come easy, but Fultz always believed he had what it takes to be one of the best.
