Bartons off the board

Will Barton and brother Antonio Barton had a number of options at their disposal, but the opportunity to play together in a family atmosphere was too much to pass up.
One day on the campus of Memphis was all it took for the Barton brothers to end their recruitment.

"We're down here at elite camp, and just felt at home, like it was family," said Will Barton. "There is a closeness between everyone in the program, and we have a strong relationship with (Assistant) Coach Cyprien and Coach Pastner."
Will, a 6-foot-6 wiry wing prospect, is a top 10 prospect while Antonio, a 6-foot-2 point guard, is a solid three-star prospect. They are excited about the opportunity to run together in the same backcourt in college.
"I'm very excited," said Antonio. "It's a great fit for me, my brother and our family."
Will was also looking closely at Kentucky while Miami was prominent on Antonio's list.
The brothers are the first 2010 commitments for the Memphis program.
