Barry Thompson Update
Barry Thompson, a 6-7, 210 pound combination forward from Odessa J.C. in Odessa, Tex., has set up a pair of official visits this fall.
According to Odessa Asst. Coach Matt Figger, Thompson has already visited Louisiana Tech (Sept. 28-30), and visited Alabama-Birmingham this past weekend, from Oct. 13-15.

Figger said that he expects Thompson to make an early decision and pick either Louisiana Tech or UAB.
Thompson, a native of Racine, Wis., averaged 13.5 points and 5.7 rebounds per game as a freshman for the Wranglers, who made a trip to the NJCAA Tournament last March.
