Barrett Wants Ivy
Gerard Barrett, a husky 6-7, 235 pound power forward from Notre Dame Academy in Middleburg, Va., is hoping to attend an Ivy League school next year.
Despite an early offer from Florida Atlantic, Barrett decided to wait until the spring to make a college decision. According to Notre Dame Asst. Coach Mike Teasley, Barrett has the grades and test scores to gain admission to an Ivy League school.

Teasley said that Brown and Columbia are the two most serious suitors for Barrett this winter.
