Athletic Guard Has Top 6

Aaron Scott, a long and slinky 6-4, 180 pound shooting guard from Bourgeois H.S. in Houma, La., has a wide range of Division I programs looking at him this summer.
Scott, who played with the Gulf Coast Stars program this past weekend at the Great American Shootout, told the Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com that he has been contacted by Baylor, Louisiana State, Arkansas Little Rock, Louisiana-Lafayette, Binghamton and Howard.

Scott is blessed with good quickness and athleticism, and he anticipates quite well on defense to harass opposing offensive players. He is more of a slasher than a shooter at this juncture.
This past season at Bourgeois, Scott averaged 18 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals per contest. He said he has a 2.8 GPA and scored a 17 on the ACT.
Following the Shootout, Scott expects to attend the AAU Super Showcase with the Gulf Coast Stars to wrap up his summer of play. We'll keep you posted about him in the weeks to come, so stay tuned to this site for more information.
