Athletic Forward Inks Letter

Adam Zahn, an athletic 6-7, 220 pound power forward from Redondo Union H.S. in Redondo Beach, Calif., signed a letter of intent with Oregon, according to Adam's dad. "Adam signed the letter," Adam's dad told us today. "He's very happy."
It was only this month that Zahn had seen a pair of PAC 10 programs enter his recruiting picture this spring. Zahn told the Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com two weeks ago that the Oregon staff came into Redondo Union on Tuesday the 16th, and new Oregon State Head Coach Jay John came in on Thursday the 18th.

Zahn's also took a trip to Santa Barbara from Apr. 5-7. He previously visited Pepperdine and San Diego State back in the fall. Zahn also had interest in Illinois but the Illini picked up a commitment from Chicago big man Aaron Spears.
