Arthur Onuara Is A Sleeper
Arthur Onuara, an athletic 6'5'' 185 lb forward from

slipped below recruiters' radars a bit.
The wiry Onuara's versatility makes him tough to
classify in projecting him at the next level. Onuara
has a huge wingspan that enables him to clean the
glass, but also has showed an ability to put the ball
on the deck, particularly adept in transition. Onuara
sports a developing face the basket game, shifty off
the dribble, and uses his prodigious reach to swipe
rebounds and maneuver through traffic for buckets.
Onuara, who didn't play any AAU basketball this past
summer, took an official visit to Albany, but is
unsure about where he stands with the school
considering their tenuous coaching situation. Arthur
is averaging 19 points and 10 rebounds for coach Ronn
Hall at Lutheran. His varied skills, athleticism, and
comfort in the transition game might help Onuara
project as a swing-player at the next level.
Onuara is a good student, with a 3.2 GPA. He has
scored 1090 on the SAT. A native of Baldwin, on Long
Island, Onuara could be a good fit for an Ivy or
Patriot program considering his academic credentials.
