Armondo Surratt Verbals
Armondo Surratt, a 5-11, 165-pound point guard from Oakland Tech in Oakland, California, verbally committed to Miami of Florida. However, he has yet to sign a letter of intent.
"I am waiting for the paperwork to be sent," Surratt said. "Once I get them I will sign the letter."

Surratt visited Miami from April 19th through the 21st and Georgetown from April 12th through the 14th. He also had interest from Arkansas and Gonzaga.
Initially, Surratt had signed a letter of intent with Fresno State. When Jerry Tarkanian stepped down as Fresno State coach, the speedy point guard decided to ask for his release. Fresno State gave him his release.
Surratt can play next season. He has already qualified academically.
Surratt averaged 20 points, eight assists and four steals this past season.
