A five-star point guard who ranks No. 10 overall in the class of 2011, Turner signed a letter of intent with Arizona in November.
According to his mother, there are no disciplinary, academic or team issues with Turner. School officials declined comment to Rivals.com.
"It's not because of his grades, he's not in trouble, he's going to qualify," Ward told Rivals.com. "There aren't any issues with Sacramento High."
While Turner's destination hasn't yet been finalized, a decision will be made shortly. According to Ward, the family hopes to pick a new school for the point guard within the next few days.
