Ariza Ready For Next Visit

One of the top prospects on the West Coast, power forward Trevor Ariza from Westchester (CA) High School has taken three of his official visits and has the fourth lined up for the upcoming weekend.
"I'm heading down to Florida. I'm really looking forward to the visit. I like Coach Donovan a lot. He is fun to talk to and it will give me a chance to meet the players and see the school and everything else," he said. "The offense they run is the same one that my high school team runs. They like to trap and press and then push the ball. That system fits me best."

UNLV, Indiana and Georgia have already hosted Ariza, who is rated a 5-star prospect and the nations 14th best overall prospect by RivalsHoops.com, and he came away with good things to say about each school.
"UNLV was my first visit and it was cool. They showed me everything. The campus was nice and I like their gym and all of their facilities."
"Indiana was a really good visit. I got to kick it with my boy, Bracey Wright and all of the players were really cool and they seemed to like it there. Coach Davis and all of the coaches impressed me and the fan base in Indiana is crazy about basketball."
"I really had a lot of fun at Georgia. I got a chance to play with their guys and they showed me a lot of new stuff. Coach Harrick was especially impressive and I liked what he had to say."
Ariza, 6-foot-8, 200-pounds, said that after the Florida visit he will set up his 5th and final official visit with UCLA and then make his decision.
"Right now I don't have a favorite. I've liked all of my visits and I'm sure I will like the next two. So it wouldn't be fair for me to compare the schools until I have seen everything each has to offer," Ariza said. "After my last visit I will sit down and weight my options and choose the school I feel most comfortable with. I will be signing in the early period."
Last year Ariza, who played AAU summer ball with the California Team Select and Pump-N-Run programs, averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds per contest.
