Archie a Marshall Transfer

Keith Archie, a rugged 6-7, 240 pound power forward from Kishwaukee C.C. in Malta, Ill., is a transfer from Marshall University in West Virginia hoping to bounce back on the Division I landscape.
Archie is an explosive athlete who played quite well at the recent Illinois Valley JUCO Jamboree in Oglesby, Ill. Rivalshoops.com was impressed with Archie's ability to finish around the basket and score despite contact.

Archie averaged 2.3 points and 1.0 rebounds in limited action in six games at Marshall last season.
Kishwaukee Head Coach Ralph Schuetzle told Rivalshoops.com that Archie is being evaluated this fall by Wisconsin-Green Bay, Western Illinois, Eastern Illinois, Wright State and Idaho.
A product of Thornridge H.S. in the Chicago area, Archie was a qualifier out of high school. According to Coach Schuetzle, he will probably need roughly six hours in the summer to graduate and move back on to the D-I ranks.
Rivalshoops.com will keep you posted on Archie's recruitment this winter, so stay tuned.
