Another unofficial visit for King

Taylor King is ready to take another step forward in his recruitment. Having already taken a handful of unofficial visits, King, the 6-foot-7, 215-pound small forward from Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, Calif., is scheduled to visit Gonzaga next week. The four-star prospect is planning to make a decision about his future in late April or early May.
"My recruitment is going real good. I have unofficially been to Duke, Syracuse, Villanova and USC," said King. "I am taking a visit to Gonzaga next Monday. I know a lot about Gonzaga and how they play, but I want to spend time on campus and with the coaching staff.

"I am also looking forward to spending a little time with Adam Morrison," he added. "I really want to ask him about the school and what his experience has been like so far. Adam is an unbelievable player and I would like to get some insight from him."
King, the No. 39 ranked player in the class of 2007, stated that he is seriously considering five schools at this time. Several of the schools have already been by the gym to watch him practice. Others are planning to do the same in the immediate future.
"Coaches from UCLA came by to watch me on Monday," said King. "North Carolina was here on Tuesday and USC has already been here. Villanova, Duke, Gonzaga, USC and North Carolina are the schools that I am interested in right now.
"I plan to make my decision by the end of April or the beginning of May," he added. "Once I decide what school I am going to attend, I plan to officially visit that school at a later date."
Taylor King Scouting Report: A three-point shooting specialist with very deep range, King is also a strong rebounder. Through positioning and good hands, he comes up with the basketball around the basket. Needs to improve his foot speed to defend on the perimeter. His ball handling is also in need of improvement.- Jerry Meyer of Rivals.com
