Amadou Fall: Waiting ...

Blue collar post player Amadou FallAmadou Fall from Boys and Girls High School in Brooklyn is a 6'5'' 235 lb power forward who averaged 16 points and 12 rebounds for coach Ruth Lovelace and the Kangaroos of the PSAL this past season. Fall is still waiting to hear from two of his possible college destinations in Brown and Lafayette.
"I haven't heard whether I've been accepted to either school yet," said Fall. "I'm very interested in both of them."

Fall took an official visit to Brown in the fall and will take a trip to Lafayette next weekend. Farleigh Dickinson also recently expressed interest.
Fall, who plays with the New York City-based Madison Broncos AAU program, is a banger who scores the majority of his points within five feet of the hoop. He is crafty in the post at times, wielding an effective drop-step. Fall also possesses considerable
athleticism.
Amadou is a native of Senegal who emigrated to the United States in 1998. He is one of the more friendly and personable players on the New York Public League circuit. Fall carries a B average and has scored 1090 on the SAT.
