Almost decision time for Pflueger

RANKINGS: Class of 2014 - 2015 - 2016
Rivals150 guard Rex Pflueger has been one of the more highly recruited kids in California in the 2015 class, but the recruiting process is rapidly winding down for him. He's already completed two official visits and has only one more left after cancelling his visit with Texas A&M.

"I just finished my first two visits to San Diego State and Notre Dame. I was supposed to go to Texas A&M this weekend, but I'm not anymore. I'm going to Washington State next weekend and that will be last visit."
San Diego State had the first crack at Pflueger a couple weeks ago and blew him away.
"I thought it was an amazing visit. I was really surprised at how great the facilities were and they are getting a new practice facility in the next couple years. I was impressed by them."
Pflueger was in South Bend this past weekend to see the Fighting Irish football team defeat Michigan.
"It was also very impressive. It was Michigan weekend and that was a great game. I got to sit in the student section. They had great weather. The campus was overall beautiful. You know when you step on Notre Dame's campus, it's a place full of history."
Of the schools still in the mix, Washington State has been in the picture the longest for Pflueger. The Cougars will get the last chance to sway Pflueger their way before he goes into decision-making mode.
"They have been so good to me. They have been with me since my freshman year. They are coming for an in-home visit on Tuesday and I go see them next weekend. The last coaching staff was on me hard and the new staff picked up where they left off."
Pflueger already has a pretty good feel for when a decision will be made.
"I'm going to try to make my decision within a week after my last visit. I'm definitely going to give myself at least three days to think about it. I'm trying to feel out the campuses right now and find a place I would be comfortable for the next four years and succeed and have a good time."
