Alex Craft Lifts SAT Score Into 1200s

Alex Craft, a 6-9 forward from Corpus Christi High School in Texas, scored a 1240 on his last SAT try. Alex will be making an official visit to Yale on November 8th, according to Alex's family.
Alex has a strong interest in the Ivy league and has also had offers to visit Cornell and Penn. Craft averaged 19.4 points per game, 9.5 rebounds, and five blocks.

Craft has been named 1st Team All State by Texas Basketball Magazine, 1st Team All Region by Texas Assoc of Basketball Coaches, and 1st Team All Metro by Corpus Christi Caller Times. Craft has played on varsity since freshman year and in his sophomore year he was selected District Defensive MVP.
He is also interested in Richmond. He had an in home visit on September 16th with Richmond.
Craft was also invited to the Tops in Texas Tournament. It was held Sept 30 at Baylor. Mike Kunstadt ran the event.
Craft also had in home visits with Bucknell, Pennsylvania, Yale, TCU, and Santa Clara. In addition, Lehigh, UNC-Wilmington, Rice, High Point, Navy, Columbia, Stephen F. Austin, Southwest Texas, and the Citadel are all expressing interest in Craft.
