Acie Law Knows How To Score

Acie Law, a 6-3, 170-pound point guard from Kimball High School in Dallas, Texas, will score a lot of points on the college level. He has that mentality of getting to the basket and putting pressure on the defense.
Law showcased these skills all week at the ABCD camp in Teaneck, New Jersey. He beat his man off the dribble consistently. Law may just need to be more consistent from behind the three point line. But once this area becomes more solid, he is going to be fun to watch for Texas A&M fans.

Law committed last month to the Aggies after considering interest from Connecticut, Oklahoma, Mississippi State, Oklahoma State, SMU, and Georgia Tech.
Law also took a visit to SMU. Law has grown a couple of inches since last summer. Law averaged 14.5 points, four rebounds, seven assists, and three steals per game last year as a junior. Law will sign in the Fall with Texas A&M. Law has an 84 average in the classroom and has scored a 1020 on the SAT.
Law averaged almost 11 points a game. He shot 42 percent from the floor, 33 percent from behind the three-point line. He averaged two assists for every one turnover.
Law seems to know how to break pressure defenses with his dribble. In addition, he defends well and doesn't have many holes in his game.
Law will play with Mitch Malone's Texas Blue Chips program this summer. He is scheduled to be at the Three Stripes Classic, the adidas Big Time Tournament and the Best of the Summer Tourney.
Law first came to the attention of Rivalshoops.com last summer at the Big Time Tournament, where he played with Rob Wright's Dallas Slam N Jam program.
