A long and lanky player who is most comfortable facing the basket, Swader showed a well rounded game last weekend in Houston. While he can be active on the offensive glass, Swader's future home will undoubtedly be on the wing. Right now he's a proficient slasher and shooter who will need to continue to fine tune his ball handling skills.
This past season at Smyrna, he averaged 15 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and two steals per contest. He said he has a 2.5 GPA and will take the ACT for the first time in June.
Swader plans on competing at several events this spring and summer with the Tennessee Travelers program, and we will keep you posted on his progress and recruitment in the weeks to come.
