Maryland becomes the sixth team from the ACC in the 2012 national team recruiting rankings after the addition of four-star big man Charles Mitchell. With Maryland jumping into the rankings at No. 15, the ACC is now tied with the Big East with the most representatives in the rankings.
The Big 12 has four teams in the rankings, and the Big Ten is down to three representatives with Maryland pushing Purdue out of the rankings.
Conference-USA, Pac-12 and SEC have two representatives each.
The only other movement in the rankings is Memphis' move to No. 19 with the commitment of four-star junior college guard Geron Johnson.
