Abdi Lidonde, a 6-4, 185-pound shooting guard from St. Andrew's High School in Barrington, Rhode Island, has seen his recruiting process pick up significantly.
"I am interested in Providence, Florida, Missouri, Boston College and Stanford only recently," Lidonde told us. "I am pretty much open.
Lidonde is well worth watching in the class of 2003. He showed those skills last weekend at Wayne Simone's AAU event on the campus of Yale. Lidonde has great range on his jumper and is improving each month with his overall game. He has a nice pullup jumper and continues to show more consistency in his jumper.
"I am going to see who is interested in me this summer and then think about taking some visits," Lidonde said. "I don't have a leader right now. But the schools on my list are even. I like them all. They are all good schools to go for academics and athletics."
Other schools such as Princeton, Davidson, William & Mary, Seton Hall and Notre Dame are also of interest to Lidonde.
