Billy Kennedy and Texas A&M have finished out the early signing period on a high note.

On Wednesday, sources indicated to Rivals.com that the Aggies have added a commitment from four-star combo guard Jay Jay Chandler.

A 6-foot-3 product of Katy (Texas) Cinco Ranch, Chandler also confirmed his decision with a Twitter announcement.

Ranked No. 126 overall in the 2017 Rivals150, Chandler is an explosive guard who is capable of playing above the rim in tight spaces. He's an off the dribble creator who can get hot from deep and is one of those guys who tends to score in flurries.

As he gets stronger and more consistent, he has the tools to be a major boost to the Aggies backcourt.

Chandler actually signed his letter of intent earlier this week and is the Aggies third four-star prospect in 2017. He joins four-star wing Savion Flagg, four-star point guard T.J. Starks and three-star big man Isaiah Jasey.
