Under the guidance of Head Coach Whit Lesure, Bridgton Academy has risen to become one of the top programs in the rugged New England Prep School ranks.
The Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com caught up with Lesure and he filled us in on three of his players who will be signing early.

One player -- David Teague of Indianapolis, Ind., had actually committed to Purdue last year as a high school senior at Pike. He will follow through with his plans and sign with the Boilermakers this fall.
A 6-5, 180 pound swingman, Teague was an impressive offensive performer this past summer for the Indy Metros at the adidas Big Time Tournament. He is a player who especially excels in transition, and he should be one of the more productive players for Bridgton this winter.
Two players from other countries -- Amadou Ba and Giedrieus Rinkevicius -- also plan to ink with Division I schools this fall.
Ba, a 6-10, 230 pound power forward/center, committed to Michigan earlier this fall and will sign with the Wolverines. Lesure describes Ba as a coachable player and a slightly above average athlete who is willing to do the dirty work in the paint. Ba needs to get his test score so that he can qualify under NCAA standards.
Rinkevicius, a 7-2, 220 pound center from Lithuania, could be the impact player in the low post that Bridgton needs to make a run at the NEPSAC crown. Rinkevicius has committed to Missouri and plans to sign there this fall.
Lesure describes Rinkevicius as having extremely long arms and very good athleticism for his size. Like his teammate Ba, he also needs to post a qualifying SAT or ACT score this year in order to qualify under current NCAA standards.
The Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com plans on catching Bridgton in action several times this season, so stay tuned for more updates and progress reports on Lesure's program this winter and into the spring.
