Dennard Abraham, a 6-8, 250-pound widebody from Notre Dame Academy in Virginia, showcased his skills at the Adidas Three Stripes Tournament with the Baltimore Select.
Abraham, a bulky post player with decent hands and footwork, has heard from LaSalle, DePaul, Kent State, Rhode Island, George Washington, South Alabama, College of Charleston, Loyola of Chicago, Youngstown State, and George Mason. Rhode Island, George Washington, and George Mason have offered. Abraham does not have a leader.
"I plan on going to Kent State, LaSalle, Depaul, and Rhode Island in the fall," said Abraham.
Abraham will participate in the Charlie Weber Tournament in West Virginia and the Las Vegas Big Time Tournament with the Baltimore Select.
Denard averaged 14 points and 10 rebounds for Notre Dame this past season. He carries a 2.5 scholastic GPA, and will take the SAT for the first time in the fall.
