2006 Vegas Star on the Rise

Pale Verde High School in Las Vegas, Nevada is the home of rising 2006 prospect Nate Shulte. Shulte is an athletic 6-foot-6, 215-pound small forward who is being recruited by three high majors out west.
According to Shulte’s AAU coach Rich Young of the Southern Nevada All Stars, Utah, Stanford, and UCLA are showing interest in Shulte.

“This kid is the real deal,” said Coach Young. “He’s a great athlete. He can jump out of the gym. He’s a good shooter, shooting 45 percent from the three point line. He’s also tough in the post.”
“A college coach told me that he had some of the best footwork that he’d ever seen. He can put the ball on the floor and take his man off the dribble. He is a hard worker and has a huge heart.”
A testament to Shulte's ability is his Region MVP Honor over such players as Kasif Watson, Lamar Fally, and Harvey Perry.
