2006 Harris Picking Up Offers

The No. 15 ranked player in the class of 2006 Paul Harris was a stalwart for the GC Ballers throughout the summer circuit. The athletic and versatile 6-foot-4, 220-pound wing player from Niagara Falls (N.Y.) High School did everything from running the point to controlling the defensive boards this summer. His efforts did not go unnoticed as offers continue to roll in for Harris.
“Pretty much everyone in the Big East is on him now,” said GC Ballers’ head coach Jeffrey Bishop. “UConn is pretty much the only school that has not offered yet.. He has picked up offers from Seton Hall, Syracuse, and Georgetown lately. Ohio State has also offered him.”

Pittsburgh and Providence have had offers on the table for Harris for some time already.
The physically imposing Harris can easily move between any of the three perimeter positions. Defensively, he can keep a quick point guard in front of him as well as rebound with any forward. Offensively, his outside shot and free throw need work, but he has the determination and competitiveness to will the ball into the basket and make tough shots.
Harris is now preparing to play one last season for a very talented Niagara Falls squad before he heads to prep school for the 2005-2006 season.
