2003 Target: Jamar Nutter

TEANECK, NEW JERSEY -- Jamar Nutter, a strong 6-2, 191 pound combo/shooting guard from Seton Hall Prep in West Orange, N.J., will be a key to how the T5T Playaz perform this spring and summer.
Nutter seemed very active when rivalshoops.com watched him in action this past weekend at the T5T Playaz Spring Fling on the campus of FDU. Nutter scored 12 points, hit two three-pointers, and showed good quickness in getting to the basket for easy points.

In his last game this season for Seton Hall Prep, he poured in 20 points last night in the Pirates' 65-50 playoff loss to Bergen Catholic H.S.
A physical defender and strong slasher, Nutter is not a great three point shooter at this stage but showed improvement over the weekend. He plays more on the wing than at the point for Seton Hall Prep. But he is still a coveted target for many programs in the Class of 2003.
Nutter told the Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com that his early list includes Maryland, Temple, Pittsburgh, St. John's, Seton Hall, Syracuse and Villanova.
This season, he averaged roughly 15 points, four rebounds, three assists and three steals per game for the Pirates.
Nutter said he plans on attending the adidas ABCD Camp in July, and will tour the spring and summer basketball circuits again this year with Jimmy Salmon's T5T Playaz program.
