2003 Prospect: Combo Guard Kojo Mensah

Kojo Mensah, a 6-1, 175-pound combination guard from Bishop Loughlin High School in Brooklyn, New York, is athletic and very active in transition.
Mensah possesses good strength, and is tough to defend off the drive on his twisting lay-ups, using his rangy reach to maneuver around defenders in the air.

Mensah averaged 14 pts and 8 rebounds on the Loughlin varsity last season before fracturing his knee.
Mensah carries an 81 average in the classroom and scored 960 on the PSAT. He will take the SAT in November.
Mensah is worth looking at. Seton Hall, St. John's, Hofstra, Fairfield, Syracuse, Iona are some of the schools Mensah is interested in.
However, in the early stages of his recruiting process, it is safe to say he is open. His level of interest will be determined on how he performs this season and during next summer.
