Lincoln to Play St. Raymond

St. Raymond and Abraham Lincoln, the No. 3 and 2 teams in the NYCHoops Top 10, will square off in an independent game Feb. 17 at Long Island University.

"It comes right before the (PSAL) playoffs," Lincoln coach Dwayne "Tiny" Morton said.

Lincoln, the defending New York State Federation champion, won the inaugural SNY Invitational Sunday night over Cardozo, 86-55, behind 28 points and 13 rebounds from Lance "Born Ready" Stephenson and 24 from Darwin Ellis.

St. Raymond features West Virginia-bound point guard Darryl "Truck" Bryant and Division I junior prospects Kevin Parrom and Omari Lawrence.
