We come to the close of the month of February and break down the top wide receivers in the state of Florida for the class of 2013. Wide receiver has always been a position stacked with Florida talent that often escapes the state and focuses on a national level. This year will be no different - with all five featured wide receivers ranked in the top 150 of the Rivals 250. Here's a look at five wide receivers to watch for the class of 2013.
6-foot-1 |175 | Northeast (Oakland Park)
Buzz: Coley is one of the eighteen Florida high school players ranked in the Rivals100 - checking in at No. 45. His speed and quickness are his best attributes and has good hands. He runs a strong route and can get separation. He earned a four-star rating from Rivals.com. He's the featured receiver for Northeast and often draws double-coverage.

6-foot-4 |197 | Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville)
Buzz: Fulwood has the size and strength to be dominant at the wide receiver position. He was the leading offensive threat for a Bishop Kenny team that finished the season 10-1. Ranked no. 59 in the Rivals100, Fulwood is an impact player that can change a game in a step. His leaping ability makes him a target down deep for the jump pass in the end zone.

6-foot-1|170 | Lincoln (Tallahassee)
Buzz: A prototypical Lincoln receiver - Davis fits the mold. His speed and hands make him a primary target for Lincoln, which will deal with the loss of starting QB Ronald Butler and WR Raphael Andrades. The third of five receivers in this feature ranked in the Rivals250, checking in at No. 118. Davis will be the featured receiver for the Trojans this year and will get plenty of opportunities as Lincoln is expected to play a wide-open style of football.

Buzz: Cunningham is a three-year starter for the Suns - having led the offensive attack for the pass-happy team. Ranked No. 125 in the Rivals250, he is one of the eight wide receivers from Florida that earned a four-star rating from Rivals.com. Cunningham has great hands and a great vertical leap that gives him an advantage on the deep jump balls. He has the speed to play at the next level and be a premier wide receiver. He has attracted an extreme amount of national attention.

5-foot-11 |170 | Armwood (Seffner)
Buzz: Bailey is a multiple-threat athlete - with talent galore. When Armwood starting QB Darryl Richardson injured his knee in the season-opener at Bishop Gorman, Bailey took over at QB and led the Hawks to a perfect season. His talents may lie at wide receiver on the next level, but he is the heart and soul of the Armwood offense. Our fifth of five receivers ranked in the Rivals 250 - Bailey checks in at a hefty No. 138. Look for Bailey to shift back to his more traditional role of wide receiver in the 2012 season - allowing Armwood to utilize his speed, his quickness and his ability to read the defense both as a receiver and an H-back.
