Five-star big man makes a commitment

Terrance Jennings, a 6-10, 225-pound forward from Notre Dame Prep School in Fitchburg, Mass., originally committed to Maryland before deciding to re-open his commitment last month. The No. 15 player in the class of 2008 and No. 5 power forward in the country has chosen to make another commitment, this time to the University of Louisville.

A recent visit by assistant coaches Steve Masiello and Walter McCarty led to Jennings' decision to make an official visit to UofL this weekend, where he ended up making a verbal commitment.

Jennings' commitment comes after an interesting month for the player and his family. Along with his decommitment from the Terrapins, Jennings also transferred schools, moving from Mt. Zion Prep to Notre Dame Prep. Then, just over two weeks ago, Jennings listed four schools when he talked to Rivals.com - Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia and Connecticut.
