Kennedy has two visits planned

For D.J. Kennedy the recruiting process has taken some interesting turns. At first he was thinking about his hometown Pitt Panthers, but then things changed. Then he turned his focus to Kansas State, but decided instead to wait it out to the spring signing period. Now those two schools are out of the equation and Kennedy has a new list of suitors and two official visits scheduled.

While his recruitment has been open all basketball season, Kennedy had his focus in other areas. His Schenley High School basketball team was one of the best squads in the country and was nationally ranked all season. With that high national ranking and lofty expectations, Kennedy and his teammates ran through the state of Pennsylvania on their way to a state title.

With the goal of winning a state title accomplished, Kennedy is once again is focusing on where he will spend his college years. According to Kennedy the schools showing him the most interest are Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Virginia Tech, and Xavier.
