Grady ends his career with a title

In what may have been then final football game he ever plays, East Grand Rapids (Mich.) running back Kelvin Grady, a Michigan basketball signee, left fans wanting more. His sensational performance, one that featured 209 rushing yards and two touchdowns, spurred his team to a 42-17 victory in the Division 3 state finals over Farmington Hills Harrison.

The game may have been Grady's last on the football field because the 5-10, 175-pound athlete has unequivocally stated in the past that basketball is his first love and will be his primary sport in college. Though recruited to play football as well for the Wolverines, Grady recognized again after Saturday's state final that he could have just played his last down.
