Clark Chooses GTown, Hoyas get total performer
October 23, 2006 - As has been previously reported, Jason Clark has officially committed to Georgetown University. Standing 6-feet-2 and presently weighing 170 pounds, Clark, a junior, has the ability to play both guard positions effectively, can defend three positions in high school, and possesses an approach to the game epitomized by unselfishness and a penchant for doing what must be done to win.
In essence, he fits Hoya coach John Thompson III's basketball philosophy perfectly. Clark chose Georgetown for the academics.
According to Clark, Georgetown bested Maryland, Virginia and Clemson for his services, and his choice should be viewed not as a rebuke of those schools.
