Indiana gets involved with Tucker

The news that Darquavis Tucker was among the participants in the
recent Indiana Elite Camp (August 5th) quickly became a hot button topic among
the Hoosier faithful last week.

That's because Tucker is one of the top players still on the board from the Class of 2007. The 6-foot-4, 190-pound player from Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw, Michigan moved up to No. 22 in the nation in the latest Rivals150.


While the Indiana interest may not have gotten serious until recently, the
Hoosiers pursuit of Tucker has been building since the coaching change.


Tucker is looking at a long list of programs but hopes to come up with a
short list fairly soon.


Tucker is looking at Indiana, Arizona, Cincinnati, DePaul, Illinois, Indiana, Marquette and Michigan State.
