Jackson picks up Iowa offer

This past weekend, point guard Lewis Jackson came to Iowa City hoping that he would make a positive impression and earn a scholarship offer from Coach Alford and his staff. Well, the hard work paid off as this morning Jackson learned that the Hawkeyes along with one other school were extending an offer.

"I picked up two new offers today. The University of Iowa offered me and Bradley also offered me," Jackson said.

The 5-foot-9 and 165 pound point guard, who is part of the 2008 recruiting class, talks about both schools and the reaction to the scholarship offers.
