Kennedy has a pair of offers

Athletic wing players with the ability to take their man off the dribble are always hot commodities on the recruiting trail.

One player who fits that description is D.J. Kennedy. The Pittsburgh native has opened some eyes this spring and now holds two offers.

Kennedy is the starting shooting guard for the Pittsburgh Jots AAU program. The Jots won their first major tournament of the year in Pittsburgh, but had a sub par showing in Akron. After a weekend off, Kennedy and his teammates made it to the final of the Elite 8 showcase in Columbus.

When asked about his team's play, Kennedy said, "We were just tired. Akron, we were playing basketball for four weeks straight. Now that we are rested we are back in our groove."
