Anderson wanted KU from the beginning

Braeden Anderson seriously considered committing to Kansas during his official visit in early March. While the 6-foot-8, 215-pound forward from Okotoks, Alberta, Canada, knew it was a perfect fit and he'd likely be back in the fall, Anderson did make a promise to his family that he'd take some official visits before making a final decision. On Saturday night, Anderson committed to KU during his in-home visit with assistant coach Joe Dooley. With visits to Arizona and Kentucky looming, Anderson knew in his heart that a decision had already been made.
