Mustafa Shakur decision met with optimism

Mustafa Shakur's return was met with a lot of mixed emotions from Arizona fans. Arizona's coaching staff is confident that Shakur's coming back to Tucson will mean good things for the UA program.

UA assistant Josh Pastner spoke about Shakur's decision to return for his senior year and what that means for Arizona's 2006-07 team.

GOAZCATS.com: What do you think Mustafa Shakur's return means to Arizona's team next season?

Josh Pastner: Mustafa has been a three year starter for us. He was a big part of a Pac-10 title and came close to a Final Four. The talent we have coming back next season is a big reason why Mustafa is coming back. We're going to be good enough to compete for the Pac-10 championship as well as go to the Final Four and possibly win that as well.
