Beal breaks down visit

JayhawkSlant.com Bradley Beal made his way to Lawrence last Sunday to watch the rematch of the Border War. The 6-foot-3, 170-pound shooting guard from Chaminade High School in St. Louis, Mo., was on hand for the first match up in Columbia, so decided to take-in round two at Allen Fieldhouse. Beal, who is hoping to cap off his sophomore season with a state championship, spoke to Jayhawk Slant about the visit.
Beal, who averaged just eight-points last season, has taken his game to a completely different level this year. Through 28 games, he's averaging 23.4-points per game. Beal has connected on 59.2 percent of his two-point field goals and around 40 percent of his shots from behind the arc.
