Tyshawn Taylor had mixed emotions following his performance against Kent State on Monday night. The former St. Anthony star scored 12-points, was 2-of-2 from behind the arc, dished out two assists and was credited with three steals. Taylor also did outstanding job of helping limit KSU's leading scorner, Al Fisher, to just five-points on the night. However, Taylor also missed a dunk and several layups. On Tuesday afternoon, Taylor, along with several of his teammates, spoke to Jayhawk Slant about a number of topics. Come inside for the latest.

Tyshawn Taylor, the 6-foot-3, 180-pound guard from St. Anthony in Jersey City, N.J., appeared from the locker room on Tuesday with a big smile on his face. There is no doubt that Taylor had plenty to be happy about.
