Hampton (Va.) Bethel point guard Jontel Evans attended Virginia's elite camp on June 15-16, and he headed to the event hoping to make an impression on the UVa coaching staff. Mission accomplished.

After excelling on the court for two days, the 5-foot-11, 190-pounder has emerged a priority recruit for the Cavaliers, and a return trip to Charlottesville is in the works.
